Each person's presentation and communication ability is assessed so we have a clear starting benchmark. We accomplish this with a brief demonstration by each person, which is videod.

The video is then assessed for strengths and areas to develop. It's then provided to the presenter with notes, for them to review.

Then the coaching begins on:

  • The overall impression and what contributes to that
  • Becoming free from fear, anxiety and staying rigid
  • Improving the stature and body language displayed
  • Using the voice more effectively
  • Relentlessly clarifying the purpose, big idea and key messages
  • Developing a clear storyboard that moves the audience from/to
  • Strengthening the commercial intent and purpose of the message
  • Enhancing the clarity and simplicity of the points made
  • Improving the engagement with the audience
  • Using more metaphors, stories or examples
  • Choosing and mastering the best media/methods for displying ideas
  • Doing a Powerpoint overhaul, if it's used.



There are two options:

1. Individual clinic

For one person who has a specific need, or who wants to work hard on improving their communication and impact when presenting. Fully customised to that person, these programmes often involve a series of 3 or 4 sessions.

2. Group clinic

For up to 6 people who have a similar need to enhance their presenting whether that's to small audiences or large. These are tailored to suit the culture and industry of those attending, but often involve a comination of 2 x 4-hour workshops plus paired coaching follow-ups.
